KS3 pupils were invited to 'Solve a Murder' by taking part in Mrs Lock's annual Forensic Science Competition. They had to use chemistry to analyse 'evidence' from the Crime Scene plus the 'evidence' from Five Suspects, to work out 'Whodunnit'!
68 pupils took part in the competition over two days. Their contribution and enthusiasm was so great that they were entered for - and attained - the CREST Bronze Award, supported by the British Science Association!

What a result!
80% of Year 10 pupils who took Double Award Science achieved A* - C grades. Well done to you all. A special mention to Stephanie Shroll, Andrew Morgan, Sam Cross, Sophia Lane, Leanne Hadley and Ieuan Jones for excellence.
