The ICT Department is housed in 5 purpose - built ICT suites. Three are dedicated to ICT teaching and two are available for other curriculum areas.
We offer Entry-Level, and GCSE in ICT. We are continually revising our schemes of work and expose our pupils to the latest developments in hardware, software, internet safety and the social & economic impact of ICT.
Our more able and talented pupils are given support and resources to develop their skills way beyond the standard usually expected at GCSE level. Our pupils usually leave us to become the star pupils at whatever tertiary education route they choose to follow.
From September 2010, we will be delivering the OCR National in ICT. This will allow our pupils to achieve up to 4 GCSE's in ICT.
